Happy Birthday Shane!

Today is my husband Shane's birthday. He's a good man, father, friend and husband. I love him so much and most of all he makes me laugh....a lot. This is important and he knows its the primary reason I married him (well there are a few others, but its the most important...heh).

Card Club

Card Club was at my house last night. Here are the two cards that the group made. I'm sure you recognize the first one. I actually made it first before I made my brother-in-laws card. I needed a card for my brother-in-law and loved this one so much I thought I could definitely turn it into a masculine card. What do you think?

Ice Cream & Presents and Cake

Oh My! Yes, I am approaching the birthday month in my family. Count them, 5 birthdays in one month. My brother-in-law, mom, husband and both daughters. My father-in-law is not far behind them with an April 1 birthday. So needless to say I have to come up with birthday cards, but 3 masculine ones to boot!

Here's one that uses many retired items. I really loved this paper and I'm kinda sorry I didn't get more.

Sunday was my sister's birthday. Since she's actually been to France, Paris to be exact I thought she would like the Chic Boutique stamp set I used on her card.

Hostess Club Make and Take

Last Wednesday I had my Hostess Club Make and Take. Here are the two cards that everyone made. Simple, but cute (I think)!

You Take the Cake

My oldest was invited to a birthday party on Saturday. This is the second one in less than a month and it was for a boy. I'm thinking I need to get more stamps for little boys and girls. I had to make do with what I had, but I don't think I did too bad of a job.

Make a Wish

S's buddy R is having his 3rd birthday party this weekend. S is very excited to give R his gift. We've heard his party is going to be pretty spectacular...bounce house and everything. S is looking forward to it. She told my mom today that when she jumps in the bounce house everyone is going to yell, "Go S, Go!" Isn't that cute? And you know what, we probably will. Here's R's card...I love the Big Birthday Candle set. I think I'm going to hold onto this one. It works for every age birthday.

Here's a card I made super quick using the Big Birthday Candle stamp set. I love this stamp set. I've been wanting it for a while and when it wasn't in the last catalog I was disappointed. It was being discontinued I thought. Well guess what?! Its back in the Spring/Summer catalog. So, yay!
