New Furniture
Wednesday we received our new sofa and love seat. I'm pretty excited about them. First of all, my husband has been complaining since we moved to our current home about how we don't have enough places to sit. Now, I don't really think its a matter of how we didn't have enough places to sit as much as he didn't have enough room to spread out on a full size sofa. However, I do have to agree we needed more seating. Our previous furniture was bought for a smaller living room and that came with us when we moved. Our current living room is much larger. So after over a year and half, we bit the bullet and got new furniture. Here are some pictures. I plan to get new accent pillows. The ones shown came with the sofa's and are just a little boring with all that green.
Oh yeah...we got a new end table too.
Close up of the fabric....love it!

Delicate Dots & Polka Dot Punches
Here's a card I made using the Delicate Dots DSP, Polka Dot Punches Stamp Set, Ribbon Bundle (Certainly Celery Poly Twill) Chit Chat Rub-Ons, and my Big Shot Scallop Circle Die. I also used my flower punch that matches the flower stamp in the set. In fact, all of the stamps in this set can be used with one of the SU!'s punches.
This stamp set, paper and the ribbon is all available in the Sale-A-Bration catalog that will start on Sunday, February 1st. I will have a link to the catalog posted on Sunday, but if you would like a hard copy of the catalog, just let me know...they're free! And of course you can always access it from my online store. Remember, when you make a $50 from the Idea Book and Catalog, you get one of any of the sets FREE from the Sale-A-Bration catalog. And for every $50 you spend after that, you get another set FREE and so on. Sounds like a pretty awesome deal.
I'm going to be posting examples of each set in the coming days and weeks.
Don't forget to post a comment by midnight tonight for your chance to win the Blog Candy.

Wow Flower Thank You's
Here are some Thank You's I whipped up really quick. I knew I wanted to keep them simple. As that will be how most things will need to be in the coming months (just 2 months left until Baby G #2 arrives). I also wanted to use my Wow Flower set and I wanted some fun colors.

Forget-Me-Not-Keeper Class Part 2
Good Morning!
Last night was the second half of the Forget-Me-Not-Keeper Class. Here are the cards that the ladies made. Again, I think everyone had a great time.
This class was purchased from Aly Schilling, the original idea for the cards in this class are hers. I did modify a couple of them to work with the stamps that I had. Stop by her blog, she has some wonderful ideas.

Here it is!!!!
And here it is! The new 2009 Spring/Summer Idea Book and Catalog.
IKEA Punch Rails
I'm so excited! My friend Emily was making a trip to IKEA this weekend and graciously offered to get the rails seen here for me. My husband hung them just now and check it out! I love them. I bought extra for room to grow.....and look at the room to grow I have?! I thought I had a lot of punches, but it doesn't appear so. Guess I better get shopping...heh. I bought the 21 3/4" ones. There are no screws, but at $1.99 Emily and I agree....its a good deal.
Don't forget you can start making purchases from the new 2009 Spring/Summer Idea Book and Catalog today at 12:00 pm, noon! If you still need a copy of it, just let me know its only $5 and if you make a purchase from it you can receive one for free!

Love You Much
Happy Sunday Everyone!
Here are a few projects that I came up with using the Love You Much bundle. I really love this set. If you haven't purchased it yet, you have until the end of the month to get it at 20% off. The Candy Lane paper is now in stock, so you can now purchase it from my web site.
I have almost all the cards for the Forget-Me-Not-Keeper class done. Discovered that I actually didn't have everything I needed....well what everyone else would need if they want to complete the cards. There are 12 cards in all (2 each). There will be 6 made on Thursday and the other 6 on next Thursday.
I also have card club at Jennie's on Tuesday and my Southern Living at Home party on Saturday....so much for a quiet January. Oh well.....it will be a quick week.

Good stuff coming....
Hey Everyone!
Things have finally settled down this week. Both my husband and I had to go out of town for two separate work related trips....this never happens. I finally got all of my Stampin' Up! goodies and a few other things I ordered right after Christmas. I'll be working hard this weekend on my Forget-Me-Not-Keeper class projects and a few other things using my Big Shot. I'm also going to be working on some Valentine's goodies to sell as well as thinking about my Blog Candy when I hit 10,000 hits. Its going to be good, so be sure to visit often to get me there sooner.
Thanks for stopping by today!

A little this, a little that....
So, I thought I would chat about a few things I've done lately.
On Tuesday night my husband and I went to Christopher's, a very lovely restaurant to celebrate our anniversary and also managed to make it to a movie too! We saw The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Very good movie. Its different, but who wants to see a movie you've seen before. I really liked it. Two thumbs up from me.
Today, I went to Pier 1. Yeah, yeah, yeah....what so great about that you are thinking. Well my friends, they have some great Christmas stuff, not the same old stuff you find anywhere, really cool stuff and starting today its all 75% off. I figured this out last year and really cleaned up. I gave most of those goodies away this year as gifts. This year I think a few more people are on to it. Arriving shortly after they opened the store it got very busy. What's great is, you can get several things that can be altered. Remember this, well the candle was from Pier 1. Now of course they don't have them this year, but they do have other very cute things. If you haven't had a chance to check it out, it certainly is worth a trip to your local Pier 1. Plus they are having a really great sale on non Christmas items too.
