Nursery
Here are some pictures of the nursery. Since we don't know what we are having....its yellow and blue. Most of the stuff is from when my daughter was a baby (we didn't find out the first time either). I love the Decor Elements...they just make the space. Especially when you have a lot of walls and not sure what to do with them. The Bashful Blue looks great on the pale yellow walls. And of course, super easy to hang. Now, I just need to sort through all the packed away clothes and get all the little things put away now that I have the changing table/dresser. The original one was built in and of course that stayed when we moved.
Check out the tiny diapers. I don't remember them being that small.
This is above the changing table/dresser.

Rustic Rooster
I have no idea why its taken me so long to use this set, but I think its one of my favorites! I'm a big fan of French Country and this is right up my alley. Here are two of the three sets of card stacks I made for the hostesses for a small luncheon that we had today.

Birthday Banner
Here is a folding Birthday Banner that I made for my mom. I got the idea from Patty. Of course I didn't know how it was assembled, so I had to figure that out. I think it turned out pretty good!
Exterior of the banner when its folded up.
The banner when its completely open.
Close up.
Another close up.

Happy Birthday and Congratulations!
March is a busy birthday month for me. Starting on the 1st it begins with my brother-in-law and continues with my mother on the 9th, husband on the 10th and now both my children (that's weird saying children) have birthday's at the end of the month. Well one will have a birthday celebration the other would have just been born. I also have my father-in-law's on the 1st of April. With so many masculine birthday's I wanted to get a head start on some cards.
Here are two cards, one for my brother-in-law and the other is a very belated graduation card for my nephew who graduated from Texas A&M University in December with his masters in Civil Engineering. Yes, I'm really late with that one. Like everyone says, its hard to do a masculine card. I didn't want to do too much ribbon, but I still want to add some elements to prevent it from being boring. I think that's when punches and paper come in handy.

Hostess Club
Happy Saturday and Happy Valentine's Day!
Many of you have already heard and signed up for my Hostess Club. For those of you who have not...this is for you. Starting March 1 I will be starting a Hostess Club. It will run for 6 months. So that means there will be 6 members in the club. If my first club fills up and I have enough interested people I will start a second one. Currently I have a couple of slots left with the first one, so if you are interested just let me know.
Here are the details.....
Each member is asked to make a minimum purchase of $25 (6 participants) for every month of the length of the Hostess Club (6 months). Each member is given a month that is their Hostess Month and they will receive the hostess benefits that month. The hostess is also welcome to collect outside orders to increase their hostess benefits. Every month of the club we will meet at my house (usually a Saturday) for a couple of hours for a small make and take. If you would prefer to meet at your own home that is fine and I will bring the supplies. Bring a friend for only $5, so they can see how much fun being a member can be!
Here's what you get for being a member:
Free Idea Book and Catalog
Chance to meet up with your fellow members to make and take a couple of cards each month
Hostess Benefits without actually Hosting a Workshop
A great way to get everything on your wish list with out breaking the bank.
$10 discount to a future Stamp Camp

Best Blog Comment Award
I was just awarded the Best Blog Comment Award by one of my favorite blogging buddies, Jackie. She has a great blog and wonderfully original ideas. She too always leaves such sweet comments. Definitely check her blog out! And now to award some of my best blog commenters.
These ladies religiously visit my blog and always have positive things to say about my posts. I always look forward to reading what they have to say. Check out their blogs, they have wonderful ideas and insights. And thank you to all who visit my blog. Even though you don't comment (really, feel free to) I appreciate the visits none the less.

Build-A-Brad Bracelets
Isn't this cute? I completely got the idea from Patty's Blog. She has some great ideas. This was really easy to make. I used the Build-A-Brads and the new Flower Assortment Designer Brads. All the other supplies were purchased at Michael's. I thought this might be a a fun 3D project for a stamp camp. Let me know what you think.

Big Birthday Candle
Here's a card I made super quick using the Big Birthday Candle stamp set. I love this stamp set. I've been wanting it for a while and when it wasn't in the last catalog I was disappointed. It was being discontinued I thought. Well guess what?! Its back in the Spring/Summer catalog. So, yay!

Here are some travel mugs that I made for a customer of mine. I'm so loving these. I got the mugs from Oriental Trading Co. and they were super easy to make. I used the Pink Flamingo, Raspberry Tart and Sweet Always DSP from SU! and the Circle Scallop and Serif Alphabet dies with my Big Shot. I can't wait for her to see them!
Have a great day!
